Fail to add device during net-pairing?

Please make sure the mobile phone and device are connected to the 2.4GHz router. Make sure the correct Wi-Fi password is entered.

Still fail to add the device after re-scanning?

If failed to add device, it is recommended to restart the device or power off the device and try again.

The device cannot preview?

Check for a weak Wi-Fi signal. You can place the camera close to the router. If it still doesn't work, reset the device and add it again.

Why is the device still on the list after resetting the device?

The device resetting only resets the camera's network configure and cannot change the configuration on the App. You must log in the App to delete the camera from the list.

How to connect the camera to another router?

First, log in the App to delete and reset the device, and configure the device again through the App.

Why the device cannot identify SD card?

It is recommended to insert and remove the SD card after power off the device. Check if the SD card is under normal service conditions and the format is FAT32. The App shall suggest "could not find SD card" under the unstable network of the mobile phone or the device.

The device is online and has an alarm event, but the mobile phone cannot receive the information?

First, confirm the App allows notification in the settings of your mobile phone. Under normal circumstances, when an anomaly is detected, a message will appear in the notification bar of your mobile phone. We would suggest setting notification sound or vibration on your mobile phone.

SWB1 Smart Power Bar / SWA5 Smart Socket – How do I reset the device?

Power ON device and Power OFF after 10 seconds, then Power ON while holding the Power button down for 5 seconds until the indicator light is quickly flashing.

Indicator light pattern (SWA5):

Quick blinking blue (2 times per second): Quick Mode Configuration (Common)

Slow blinking blue (once every 3 seconds): AP Mode Configuration

Solid blue: Device is connected to the Wi-Fi network

Solid Red: Power socket is switched on

Off: The Power socket is switched off

SWB1 Smart Power Bar / SWA5 Smart Socket – Device cannot connect the Wifi Smart Power Bar/Wi-Fi Socket?

1. Please check if the device is turned ON

2.Please check if the phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the device.

3.Make sure the password on the APPS is corrected during configuration.

SWB1 Smart Power Bar / SWA5 Smart Socket – I have access to the device but no control?

1.Please check whether the electrical appliances are connected to the power bar.

2.Please check whether your mobile phone has normal network access.

LE13 Smart LED Bulb – How do I reset the device?

Power ON the device. The Power OFF after 10 seconds. Then Power ON, turn OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON (1-second interval) until the light bulb is quickly flashing (flashing twice in one second). If it is still flashing (flashing once every 2 seconds), please repeat the process again.
